I’m Kyle, a UX Researcher who never stops learning.  Throughout my experiences, I have always kept a student mentality and encouraged myself to improve every step of the way.  My adventure began at the University of Maryland, where I studied Information Science and learned the ins and outs of data collection and data analysis.  After school, I started working in sales where I learned and practiced how to empathize with customers and effectively deliver a pitch.  Although I was having success, I soon realized I cared more about the user's experience with the product than actually trying to sell it to them.  Since this discovery, I have taken the necessary steps to educate myself in the UX Design process and learned that great design is nothing without intuitive research.  My skills of gathering and analyzing information combined with design knowledge will create engaging user experiences that promote growth for both the users and the organization.

When I’m not building experiences for others, I like to create new ones for myself.  I love traveling to new places, trying new activities, and convincing my friends and family to join along.
